I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this company!!! Their customer service is stellar! I have never had such personal attention from any company, on-line, retail shop, mail-order, or any other form of shopping method. They truely care about your shopping experience from start to finish. If there is a possible problem with your order (such as an out-of-stock item), they actually call you with another option rather than ship out a partial order with an invoice saying "Item Temporarily Out-of-Stock. Will ship when item is in stock. They will call you and let you know what you ordered is out-of-stock and then give you options of a different color or product, ship partial order and deliver item when it is in stock or just take it off of your order so that there is no delay in dealing with the frustration of the "traditional" way most companies do things. This is refreshing, convenient, most of all, UNHEARD of in this day and age, I will exclusively use this site for all of my tattoo and other shopping needs. Keep it up! You guys are the BOMB!!!!!
